Games Workshop with Industry Professionals

Come along to Queen's Park Library and help create new street games that will be showcased at the Now Play This Festival in London’s West End.

We are offering a free workshop on Saturday 20th April. Starting at 10am and finishing at 2pm (refreshments will provided throughout the session).

Enjoy playing games? Would you like to learn how to make them? Join us for a playful workshop introducing the basics of game design. During the session you’ll play a handful of social and physical games, learn what goes into making them, and design your own.

Games made during this workshop will come to life on the Strand where you’ll be invited to test them in real life. You will have the opportunity to transform the Strand into a giant board game, where others visiting can play them too!

Award-winning design duo You+Pea will bring the workshop games to life as large scale pieces on the Strand
