The winner will receive a bespoke Savile Row suit for a job interview (or another special occasion) courtesy of Cad & The Dandy. In addition to this fabulous prize, you will be given the opportunity to spend two days inside the Cad & The Dandy's Savile Row showroom and get first hand insight on bespoke tailoring, including work experience within their workshop!

SPID Theatre-Summer Production

Applications are now open for SPID’S Summer Production 2024! A free programme for emerging artists.

The heartfelt and impactful original play ‘Smile’ will be the first production hosted at the recently refurbished ‘SPID Theatre’.

Our Summer Project gives young people aged 13 - 25 the opportunity to work together with a professional creative team. There are opportunities for performers and off-stage roles in the company!

Through a 2-week intensive, the company will stage a large scale theatre production through a collaborative process that provides a unique stepping stone for performers, stage crew, technicians, and more, with an interest in the arts. The programme will culminate in public showings of the production.

Join Somerset House this May Half-Term for their awesome Future Artists Programme!

Led by Somerset House Studios Artist, Sam Williams, Everywhere Playground is a 5-day creative workshop where future artists, ages 16-19 will be immersed in and guided by Sam’s creative practice. During the week, the future artists will learn about various art movements, re-interpreting different forms of free, experimental making – such as collage, event scores, movement, automatic drawing, free-writing, performance “happenings” and improvised sound and music.

Calling all budding engineers and construction enthusiasts! We have a brilliant work experience opportunity for you with the CSS on their Built Environment Work Experience:

Over the week you will meet a variety of people who work in construction and engineering, learning about their jobs and their route into construction. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds and their paths into their current job have not always been what you might expect. You will also meet recruitment experts to give you hints and tips on CVs and interviews.

With the help from their presentations, using your own skills and those of your team members, you will work to create a presentation which shows why our judges should pick your company and its designs to build part of the new road.

Kew's Earthwise Summer Programme

Applications to Earthwise, a free, week- long summer programme at Kew Gardens, are now open!

We are looking for dedicated young people, between 14 and 17 years old, who are interested in learning more about the natural world, our place within it, and how science can help us answer some of our planet's most pressing questions.

Throughout the week, young people will conduct their own biodiversity research project, undertake fieldwork using the ‘living laboratories’ of Kew and Wakehurst and hear from Kew experts in biodiversity science and conservation!
