Verizon & Unloc Enterprise Course

From Tuesday the 12th of November, Unloc are launching an enterprise course in collaboration with Verizon Business at our changemaker studios in Maida Vale. The enterprise course is open & free for up to 30 young people who live or go to an educational institution in Westminster between the ages of 14-19.

Participants will develop their creative & entrepreneurial mindset over a course that lasts for 12 weeks. Young people will explore the key skills and knowledge associated with starting a business, with learning geared towards creating their very own businesses, projects or charity concepts. They will also get the opportunity to connect with volunteers from Verizon business.

Enter the 2025 Grantham Climate Art Prize

Students aged 11 – 25 are invited to enter the 2025 Grantham Climate Art Prize by designing a mural to draw attention to the climate crisis. Two murals will be unveiled in 2025.

Students from Imperial and schools, colleges and universities across London can submit a design for the mural with the theme From Grey to Green – focusing on the importance of boosting nature and green innovation to allow us to have a more sustainable future, which will be better for the planet and for our physical and mental health

The winning design will be transformed into a large-scale (9.4m by 2m) mural in Dalby Court by a professional artist while runner-up designs will be exhibited on the campus.

Deadline to submit is 31st January

We are partnering with artist Nelly Ben Hayoun-Stépanian to bring you a free ceramic workshop on all things extraterrestrial. This is part of Art of London’s upcoming late-night arts programme, 'Art After Dark'. In this 3 hour workshop, you will learn how to make ceramic artwork that will be displayed in the West End.
